Day Two
The headline day: ride the chairlift and hike the trail circuit linking all Seven Rila Lakes, a chain of glacial mirrors set against jagged peaks.

Seven Rila Lakes Chairlift
Take the Panichishte chairlift up to the Rila Lakes Hut to begin the high-alpine loop without the long initial climb.

Seven Rila Lakes Circuit (Salzata to Okoto)
Hike past the Tear, the Eye, the Kidney and the Twin lakes to the panoramic ridge viewpoint overlooking all seven glacial lakes at once.

Refuel with hot bob chorba bean soup and herbal mountain tea at the hut before descending.

Day Three
