Saturday
Day One
Arrive Dubrovnik, board the yacht in Gruž, provisioning at Konzum, sunset stroll on the city walls — first night on the boat.

Charter handover usually Saturday 17:00. Sunsail and Yacht Week base both operate from Gruž. Bring soft duffel bags — hard suitcases don't fit cabin lockers.

Day Three
Morning swim, lunch underway, dock at Korčula town — Marco Polo's birthplace, evening klapa singing on Plokata.

Day Four
Slow sail across the Korčula channel to Hvar, with a Pakleni Islands swim stop and a sunset at Pakleni Otoci.

ACI marina + sheltered bay on the largest Pakleni island. Lunch at Toto's, swim off the stern, dinghy to the next cove for solitude.

Hvar town quay
Med-mooring on the riva opposite the Renaissance Cathedral — gets crowded after 17:00, book by VHF when you leave Pakleni. The Spanjola fortress overlook is 25 min uphill.

Day Five
Sail south-west to Vis — Stiniva cove for the picture, Komiža for the dinner, wild-island Croatia at its quietest.

European Best Beach 2016 — a narrow cleft in Vis's south coast opens into a pebble amphitheater. Anchor outside, swim or dinghy in (no boats allowed inside).

Old fishing port on Vis's west coast — used to be the sardine canning capital of the Adriatic. Town beach below Kaštel fortress, gentle 16th-century streets.

Final morning sail to Split, hand back the yacht at ACI Marina, half a day exploring Diocletian's Palace before the flight home.
